Think about the positives

#1

Yes, losing sucks. A loss is always bad no matter what. If you think there was anything good about losing a third time in three weeks, you are not a Jaguars fan.

That said, it is very important to stop panicking and throwing in the towel. We have 13 games left to play. Also, unlike the Chargers game, we were not bad for 60 minutes and did some good things worth noting - like three takeaways, a long punt return, sacking Joe Flacco more than once, scoring two touchdowns, and winning a challenge. There was a lot to like in the second half. We could have won if Dante Fowler had not been flagged for jumping over the line.

Like the Packers game, this one could have been won late in the fourth quarter because for an extended period, we were the better team. Clearly the coaches made halftime adjustments that helped our offense. Chris Ivory could return to the game after getting hurt and, as many posters expected, did help our offense when he played. Don't get me wrong; I am as angry about losing as any other real Jaguars fan. I'm just totally against the idea that losing like we did today proves we suck. Remember, we have 13 more "prove-it" games.

There is nothing funny about it or any reason to deny good things happened today.

The only good thing that came out of this game is that we're that much closer to firing Gus
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS

The positives:

1. Fowler and Yannick will be really good. I firmly believe that now.

2. We have some nice pieces on offense that just need competent coaching.

3. Ramsey will be a stud.

We have the talent. Now it is all about finding the coach to take advantage of that talent.

Why do you have to blame Dante Fowler?  The loss was not on him at all.  Yeah, he had one penalty, but he also had several pressures too.   Lack of a run game?

You must have not watched the second half if you think nothing good happened today.

We are beyond the point where "being the better team" but losing still, amounts to anything. This was the year they were supposed to take the step. No excuses.

Positive, only 13 more games left of this garbage

The one positive I saw:

One game closer to Gus being fired.

He also caused the interception poz had. Hard to blame him for this loss.

Yes, the jags proved they can beat the Ravens because they almost won. Like the other thread, right?

I am here to discuss positive things in the Ravens game, not the whole season. Stay on topic.

WE LOST, NOTHING GOOD COMES FROM THIS. WE'RE 0-3, I DON'T CARE IF THE DEFENSE HAD 20 INT'S, WE STILL LOST.
