1)  It takes more than a news article to establish facts.

2)  Did you bother to read either story?   From the first;
       Cassie Miller, a research and investigations specialist for the Southern Poverty Law Center, said the Military Times poll findings should not come as a surprise.  "Historically, this has been a problem for the military,” she said in an interview. “We’ve been pushing the Defense Department to take this issue more seriously since 1986.  
Is Trump now responsible for everything since 1986?

Racist violence is both “on the rise and spreading geographically,” the report stated, as white supremacists “increasingly target” minority groups like immigrants, religious minorities, LGBTQ people and “other perceived enemies.”
Discrimination against persons because of immigrant status, religious beliefs and sexual orientation is not racial discrimination.
