Then we have a franchise QB who still has to play from behind every game, because the defense is still so bad. That does us no good either. Caldwell has really screwed us!

If we had a true franchise QB our offense would be pretty set as is. We could go on a full defensive spending spree like we did in 2017 and build a defense with FA + the rest of the picks we have + the few good defenders we already have.
