I have issues with Riddick because I largely disagree with many of his draft analysis' in past years. He and I differ on what traits a franchise QB should have. I'll admit that that is the bias I have against him. When it comes to past QB prospects, I believe he overvalues athleticism and running ability in QB's and that is my main gripe. Those are traits that are on the bottom of my list. I put instincts, accuracy and the ability to make good reads above everything else. 

I really don't have any one particular name in mind for the GM position. I'd still like to see Eric Bieniemy get the HC position, but as far as GM, I like Ed Dodds, but I'm certainly not stuck on him being the only candidate. There are a lot of talented candidates out there.

Bro: Does Louis know your feelings here? It sounds like you guys have been friends for years. Perhaps you should pull him aside and have a heart to heart. No reason to let this difference of opinion wreck a beautiful friendship. It will just eat you up inside. I plead with you -- don't carry this grudge into 2021. I don't want that for you, man.
