Who ever they get I do hope he doesn't fall into the traps past GM's here have. We had a free wheeling ego GM, a GM who appeared to take the most enjoyment out of finding small school players, and one that took players a lot earlier than needed only because they were afraid someone told them they MIGHT take them. Also, not being afraid of drafting a certain position for fear of upsetting the confidence of the incumbent player.

He should hold the head coach accountable for developing the players he has. Maybe develop some metrics? We have had a lot of players that under performed here be developed by other coaching staffs and prove to be pretty good.

I will advise you guys that despite my total lack of knowledge of who would be a good GM for this franchise I am amazed no one from the Jags have called me for my opinion...
