Normally, my philosophy is to draft the best available player at a premium position of need, but this year, I think since we are in all likelihood drafting a QB with our first pick, we should go all out to give him the protection and the weapons he needs to succeed. So my pick would be heavily weighted towards offensive line, WR, and TE.
I've seen too many highly touted rookie QBs fail because of a lack of pass protection or a lack of weapons to get the ball to. |
