Agreed, Stafford mentally has been with a losing organization for so long. He can't come in like a Brady, Brees, Rodgers or Manning and tell people that this is how we do things, yet he's not young enough to not be expected to lead.

I'd say he was mainly the reason they lost that game. Stafford should ball on that offense.
