Bad all the way around.

I hope the kids have a swift and complete recovery.

Given lots of chances... Andy Reid's kids, man. The downside of the 18 hour days of an NFL coach.

I dunno, man.

How much blame can be apportioned to Andy Reid and how much can be apportioned to his adult children?

Given the fact that he's fully grown and has been in serious trouble twice already says it's all Britt Reid's fault. There is an expiration on blaming the parents.

Generally I'm inclined to believe this.  But I also believe people are the sum total of their experiences...good ...bad...and neutral.  To the degree Andy Reid has shaped his son's experiences, he's contributed to the person he is.

I am not a parent.  For myriad reasons, I don't think I would be a good one.

I can't adversely judge Reid for what is happening with his sons.

At some point, Britt has free agency with his life decisions.

All I know the whole situation is messed up for everyone involved.

Been reading a Chiefs board for more insight on this.  Stumbled across a link to this podcast.  Chiefs fans seem to hate this guy.  But he gives some background on the whole thing.

He brought up a good point that if Britt Reid was drinking at team facilities before he drove, the Chiefs are going to get sued to XFL status.

Andy better win this game tomorrow. It may be his only saving grace.

Yeah because the Manning brothers turned out as such a disappointment.
