Wish granted.  He has also been released.  Also released are Cornerback Quenton Meeks, Punter Cameron Nizaialek, Corneback Josh Nurse, Running Back Craig Reynolds, Defensive Tackle Dontavius Russell and Defensive Tackle Gabe Wright.  

If you honestly knew more than 2 or 3 of those names, I'm impressed.

I recognized those two as well, but I did say "more than".   Sorry, I'm not impressed.   Smile

p.s. You are correct in that Dontavius Russell was a 7th round pick.

Gabe Wright was a mega 4th Round bust DT ( Auburn ) from the 2015 Draft, who former Lions GM Martin Mayhew gave up a 3rd Round Pick to the Eagles in the 2016 Draft (in order to acquire the 4th Round Pick }.  I'm very surprised Wright had yet another NFL opportunity until yesterday.
