One hundred eighty people were charged with underage drinking at an unofficial fraternity party near the University of Delaware on Saturday.

I turned 18 early in my senior year of high school at a time when the legal drinking age was 18. My popularity with most of my fellow students under the age of 18 tripled overnight.
