Bengals release Geno Atkins

He has always been a solid player.  He is 32.  I would be interested but we have his position fairly covered.  My bet is he ends up going somewhere pretty cheap.

He has been plagued by injuries last season and his production has been steadily declining since 2019.

Prior to last year he missed very little games due to injury he has been exceptionally reliable.  I would be clamoring for him if we werent already fairly set.  Like i said i believe he will be a solid player for someone on the cheap.  Not trying to say he a superstar.

Even in 2019, his production fell off a cliff and he was complete non-factors in many games. He's isn't half the player he once was.

He was overhead singing, "I'm half the man I used to be..."

Yes, he was. One of the top 3 inside pass rushers in the NFL.
