Oh, but there's more, much more coming.

The feds would take over in what they claim is the name of racial "balancing."

Who the [BLEEP] is this guy to manage zoning? This is not a federal issue.

Someone's going to take this guy out and I doubt it'll be natural causes. He's stepping on lots of toes and pissing off a lot of people. Someone will snap and end it. There's no way he makes it 4 years..

Buried deep in Biden's monster $2.3-trillion "infrastructure" stimulus package is a sneaky little notation that would mandate a federal takeover for local zoning for any district that takes the proffered federal money, coming off such zones' already paid taxes.

Biden is not in charge nor is he calling the shots. Susan Rice is the boss.

This is the plan they have to create smart cities or regional zones. I think the covid lock downs were part of the start to get people out of their homes (that is coming when evictions are allowed again). You will have to all move close together in the city and you are easier to control then.

If the funds are supposed to be for high density transit, like light rail or dedicated bus lines, then yes, in those corridors single family zoning makes no sense.
If you've never studied the CalTrain system or the BART you wouldn't understand.

Pete Buttigieg is a joke. When Chris Wallace hit him with a fact check that the condition of the U.S. infrastructure, as compared to other large countries, is actually ranked first, he responds with 'Look, the American people know the U.S infrastructure needs work. When they compare our airports with airports overseas, they see ours is not as good.'

Really? I've been in plenty of overseas airports and have seen none that were any better, and some plenty worse, than U.S. airports.

Just admit it's a huge social spending bill which uses infrastructure as a ruse.

Pete Buttigieg is the left's knight in shining armor, simply because he's homosexual and toes the party line without question. This country would rather align with a "woke" candidate than common sense..

Political theatrics is nothing new. What alarms me is when challenged to support his premise for a multi-trillion dollar spending bill, he cites not one single statistic or hard fact. Instead, he threw out a contrived empirical statement. This is the guy who was roundly criticized while mayor of a small city for not being able to get the potholes fixed. Now he's in charge of this country's infrastructure?

Like Jen Psaki, Buttigieg is way in over his head. He's strictly an image hire.

Image hire? He's not the kind of image I would want portrayed by someone I hired.

All that money for 2 million jobs. Not much for actual infrastructure. Just another money laundering into different organizations to pay them back.

I would have guessed the exact same thing 4 years ago.
