TheO-LineMatters 7 round mock draft 3.0 (Hopefully the last one)

So if they did exactly as you predict, what would you think of the draft as a Jaguars fan?  What wouldn't you like?  What would you do instead?

It's a decent draft, but not exactly what I would do. I love the first round. We are woefully understaffed at edge pass rusher right now. If we have even one injury, we're screwed. Collins gives us at least a good three man rotation and I believe he would easily beat out Chaisson as a starter by the end of the season.

It's round 2 where I start disagreeing. I'd take Dyami Brown at #33 and Liam Eichenberg at #45. Brown is a dynamic receiver and having him on the field with D.J. Chark would be a great combination. Eichenberg is a plug and play LT in my opinion. I have him rated higher than Cosmi.

I love the Hunter Long pick. He gives you everything you want in a TE. I believe he will end up being the 2nd best TE out of this class. I'm good with this one.

I really like Gainwell in the 4th. He has great hands and very good speed. He'd be a solid compliment to Robinson, but there is no way I'd take him over Spencer Brown. Brown would be my pick at #107. He would easily beat out Taylor for the RT position. I like Ben Cleveland. It's not a stand out pick, but he's a good player and can play OG or Center.

Round 5 is where I am underwhelmed. I really like Darden, but I would have already drafted a WR in Dyami Brown, so I would probably select RB Jaret Patterson. I like his speed and elusiveness, despite his small size. He averaged 16 yards a catch in 2019, so he's explosive with the ball in his hands. A really good compliment to Robinson. Britt is probably my highest rated player on the board, so that pick is fine.

With the final pick I really am not a fan of Bradley-King. I would take a CB here. IMO, you can't have too many good corners. I like Rachad Wildgoose of Wisconsin.
