Considering that many of the biggest busts in recent NFL history has vastly better NFL numbers than Tebow, I'd say they won't.

Show me someone with NFL creds saying that.  Elway says the opposite, as I posted above.  Arm strength... ie velocity on release... not motion, delivery etc.
