His 40 time was good at 4.8 seconds.. Also the coaches saw something that showed he can catch too.. Do people know that when Farrell was drafted he got called by the Bills saying your ours cuz the Bills had 3 picks after us n 5th round in this years draft.. they called him said that and at the same time we stole em lol..

Not much in that article to indicate he could or should climb to the top of the depth chart.

We didn't steal anything he was our worst pick. And we took a RB in the first round and reached 20 picks to take a bad scheme fit CB at 33.

Statistically, there's a chance I could win the Lotto too.

In all seriousness, Farrell looks like he could contribute as a blocker early if he earns a spot, but I'd temper expectations beyond him just making the team at this point.

The 5 year average 40 yard time at the combine is 4.70 for the TE position.  4.8 is below average, not "good".

Oliver is on a real team now, so maybe check that for a season.

Seriously, the article is entitled, "Jaguars rookie TE Luke Farrell could move to top of depth chart" and then when you read the article, it doesn't give a single reason why he would actually climb to the top of the depth chart.

How's a real team going to keep him uninjured and off the IR?

Because Lawrence is already better than Brady and Manning combined.

Funny how "great" QBs can make any WR or TE look great but still Brady wanted Gronk with him, not to mention they have great WR talent on the bucs.
M. Lewis looks like an All Pro playing with Rodgers right? same with the Seahawks TE.
Luck made Fleener look like a HoF too.

Like when Manning made Julius Thomas an All-World TE. He came to Jax and shriveled up. Drew Brees made Jimmy Graham an All-World TE, but he went to Seattle and was a bum.

Good QBs make the entire team better. They made receivers better, backs, TEs, and most importantly they make an average oline better. Heck Manning made Zane Beadles a boat load of cash too. Eric Decker too, Brandon Stokley, etc.

Hahaha clueless as usual.

Yeah, and I guess Brees is great while R. Wilson is just a scrub.

Good QBs do that? nope, Great QBs do that. Lawrence is nowhere near that level and probably won't be even close to that level in his first to years, if ever. Still, Great QBs need massive talent around them to win SBs. Like Brady had, Manning had, Mahomes had etc.

Only ignorant people think you can win with just one QB and mediocre players around him.

Stokley had 1 good year with the Colts... Like I said, C-L-U-E-L-E-S-S.

It's quite possible that better coaching improves his physical conditioning. It's also possible that his new QB won't lead him into career ending collisions
