The main issue with Ramsey is he doesn't respect many people. He was wrong and should have apologized to Marrone. He admitted there was no issue, so he should have said he was sorry for acting like that but he didn't see anything wrong with it.

He is great but he thinks he is above everyone else, so he doesn't respect them. Stuff happens on the field/sideline but you still should recognize your part of the issue. He viewed the whole ownership and executives as beneath him. He wanted them to validate his actions.

At that point, they had no control over him. He has always had coaches that could control him for the most part. In college he couldn't leave, he couldn't lose 1 year. Earlier in the NFL he had no leverage. Now he did and had no respect so he did what he wanted.
