If i were Gus Bradley, and my job was about to be on the line for the next two weeks, i would want to be the one calling the plays. 

 

then again, if i were gus Bradley, i would have had Myles Jack focusing on learning our sub defenses so he could actually be on the field. 

 

I also wouldn't have my back 7 playing 10 yards off the line of scrimmage on third and two.

Gus needs to take over a local 7-Eleven.  He is not a head coach.  I am starting to think that the defense in Seattle was more Pete Carroll or Dan Quinn than Gus Bradley.  Fire Everybody, promote Marone, hire Olson as OC, and Mike Singletary as DC.

With the personnel we have on defense, what scheme would work better than this mess we've been being force fed for 4 years

I prefer the "not having my slow MLB covering Travis Benjamin" scheme.


With the players we have a normal 4-3 should work. Forget about Lotto and elephants and Otto and Panda and all that other crap we do. Get the best players on the field in the right situations and don't force a square peg into a round hole.


Play calling should be aggressive but smart/disciplined.
