If he was on our team he would be getting the Robinson treatment. We are firing on no cylinders like a finely tuned Yugo combined with a Gremlin packed in an Edsel.

Sadly - I can't really disagree 

Our current staff seems to have zero understanding of how to best utilize the limited talent available. I just wish they hadn't squandered a potentially valuable talent only to audition long shots.
