It’s a marketing ploy that less successful small-market teams are forced to shoulder by the league. Vic Ketchman knows this but uses it as an opportunity to throw shade at Jacksonville. Are any other teams playing in London being described as sharing identity?

If another team decides to commit at least one game a year over there, I certain could see it happening.

If we keep winning our London games (5-4 now I believe), that may put a hole in the "competitive advantage" defense. And now that the pandora's box is opened, I don't know that you'll be able to convince the owner that all home games need to be played in Duval. Especially if we do get good, and the London stadia start filling full of teal jerseys.

If we ever get to the point where the home stadium has a waitlist for tickets, we'll see if that's enough to keep the team from traveling overseas. I just don't see it happening while he owns the franchise.
