9 kids involved, ages 13 -17.  What a tragedy on so many levels.

Wells Road is where my Ex-Wife has her Office..... I know because I'm still in contact with her (we parted friends) and whenever I'm in Jax, we hang out together.......
Is currently experiencing life at several What the F's per hour

My typo, it's in Orange Park, just a block off Wells Rd.  Fairly nice residential area, not where you'd expect this type of encounter.
