Well they took Garrett, then Mayfield, but yea they were the last to have back to back #1 picks. They went Pass Rusher/QB.

Looks like we'll be going (hopefully) QB/Pass Rusher back to back years.

The Browns are the last two times it's been done with Couch/Brown in '99 and 2000 as well. Hopefully it's more like the Garrett/Mayfield combo than that one.
