Bush, The Clintons, Obama, and Carter got Envelopes at the funeral and they were clearly upset by the contents.

Allegedly it's a note from GWB apologizing that "they" have info on them.

Pence got one too but I don't think his wife looked at it on camera. It was in the wives programs.

Carter or Biden looked upset that they didn't get anything. I think it was Carter but haven't watched it in a long time.

Who knows what they were but the reactions weren't ones of people happy to be reading/seeing whatever it was.
