1.) Take care of the ball. Win the turnover battle. 2.) It's all about 3rd down. Win on 3rd down to win the game. 3.) Playmakers make plays. The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.
It was a very typical first drive for the other team, a very easy score with very little to no resistance by our defense. Now it's time for our offense to come out and go 3 and out. Hopefully they've thrown out the old playbook and will actually throw the ball down field, more than 15 yards, but I sincerely doubt it. No wonder we don't score any points when we don't even try to throw the ball down field. No throws over 15 yards last week. No wonder why Trevor is regressing, he's having his hands handcuffed and can only do what they want him to do, which is really hurting any progress. He's a great QB, but they're purposely making him bad.

The only thing I'm hoping for in this game is for Urban to do something that beings more strutiny and criticism his way. Something egregious enough today to make Khan take prompt action.
