Ha!  You're in here trying to shame people for saying TL has failed when you want the whole team to fail.

There's a big difference between TL observers and you.  TL observers, like myself, have recognized the truth.  TL has busted.  Drastic measures are needed to see if he's salvageable.  Didn't want it but it happened.  Sometimes life sucks.

You, on the other hand, are actually admitting to hoping the team fails.  You are openly admitting to committing the offense which you falsely accuse others of committing.  There's a term for this.  It is called projection.  Top work.
