Games I'm betting on - Week 3

#1

Going light.  I have a personal rule that if i go to -2 units on any sport, it's time to back off.  This could be my last bet on college football for a while.

I have one play.:

Rutgers -4

They play New Mexico.  I just think New Mexico, traditionally not a school focused on football, usually not very good, has to travel all the way across the country.  Rutgers, although lost their own cross country game in Washington, I think will handle New Mexico.

What are you guys playing?

Miami (FL) -3.5 @ Appalachian State

- I don't think Miami will have their typical letdown game under Mark Richt.

this is one i noticed and considered.  App St after that game in Tennessee is getting alot of respect.  they did look pretty good, but not sure if they are good enough to beat a team like Miami

I think the decimal is in the wrong place.

Should read: Miami -35.0 @ App St

I went heavy on that as well. I must be missing something but I expect Miami to win something in the range of 31-10. They are just going to line up and run it down App St's throats. UT played terrible and App St couldn't take advantage.

Added Arkansas St +9

Game is tonight at 9 est.

They have close games with Utah St (Series tied 3-3).  No reason to think this one will be any different.

Massive fail. I'm quitting college football.

Edit: I posted this when Rutgers went down 21-0 in first quarter. They lead 28-21 at half.

I bet on Bovada, had a couple this week.  Did a parlay, took Mich St. money line and Stanford with the spread.   Took Ohio St as well

you should have played one of the props that Miami wins by more than 20 or something. would have been a big number.

Nice

I broke even basically on football. But lost 4 units in UFC. Frrrt.

I'm still up about 25 units this year all sports combined. Still plenty of winnings to blow through by the end of the year.

This is a serious question. Why do you bet on all sports and not just football?

football season is only a few months out of the year. plus i love other sports too, not just football.  football is actually more difficult to bet on than MMA, for example.
