I don't think there is anything odd about a daughter being mad over her father being fired. I would say it's not a big deal. I'm just glad he is gone. Moving on.

I lived this.

My uncle had an affair with a family friend, got caught, and family friend became an unforgiveable pariah but daddy was still an angel to them. Only made it worse that the fambly involved was super preachy and made themselves look moronic by holding grudges and exercising selective forgiveness. After enough of the hypocrisy, I eventually tuned the family out, we still hang out with the other woman, she's a nicer person to be around.

In gigi's case, I think her best move is just deleting social media like Shelley X did. She's not gonna survive the backlash of everyone trying to stave off the kraken.
