As a game day active next year, I would rather keep (re-sign) Richardson for his versatility compared to Taylor. Richardson can be a competent swing tackle and can also play guard. If Taylor is not willing to learn or play the guard spot, I hope they can find a trade partner for him. I definitely don't want him at RT any longer.

It'll be a task and decision for whomever gets hired in the coming weeks, and could go differently depending on who that is (and what OL coach they add) but Taylor will either suck it up and attempt versatility here or play elsewhere. 

Richardson would be wise to keep around if his market price isn't too high regardless of what they do with Taylor IMO.

In the offseason, I would see if any other team would be willing to trade for Jawaan Taylor. I would at least try to get a ham sandwich in return. I'd take bologna, if that's all I was offered, but I'd rather have ham. If we can't get anything, I cut him.

That would be quite a cold cut if it came to that.

His feet are too slow to play tackle in the NFL. That is why he is always jumping the snap count. He is a below average tackle who may be able to salvage his career if he moves to guard.

Respect the game.  Play with a sense of urgency. 


1.)  Take care of the ball.  Win the turnover battle.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.
