From whats available or maybe available, id be very happy with Tomlin. Hes a guy who would actually try and change thr culture and a lot of ex players speak highly of him. Hes dealt with the divas like AB aswell.

I was calling for Bienemy before we hired Meyer last year. I think McDaniels would be a risky hire but i think his name wil be in the mix but i think he will stay in New England. I like what Kellen Moore has done and if you could find a solid experienced DC like the Rams did with McVay and Wade Phillips then it could work.

I do agree the GM hire ( Baalke has to go) is the important one and we need a GM and HC on the same page in terms of building a roster that fits the O and D we want to run.

My Christmas dream would be Shanahan but that ain't happening.
