And with McDaniels, I would want to know why he thought he should spend a first round pick on Tim Tebow.  I also want to know why he accepted the Colts job and then backed out.

I drafted Tim because I thought, surely, if I can win with someone with such goofy mechanics, my ticket would instantly be punched for Canton. I was just a young pup at the time trying to swing for the fences. Plus, he came with some intangibles that are hard to coach -- like God is on his side, who wouldn't want that?
