I would note that he makes no reference to insiders of the Jaguars organization.  He merely says "Jacksonville".  It's the fans of Jacksonville where there has been what some could call a "groundswell of support" for Leftwich.

His credibility is also very low with me considering that he's ignorant of the fact that Khan has said that he is waiting until January to the start search.  

If Leftwich is the best candidate, fine, but we shouldn't select a coach based upon nostalgia.  If he had played for a different NFL team, he wouldn't be getting nearly the amount of talk in Jacksonville.
