My first choice would be Doug Pederson.  Recently coached the Eagles to a Super Bowl win.  Played QB in the NFL.  Played and coached under Andy Reid.  Has developed a QB in Carson Wentz.  Well versed in the WCO-a QB friendly scheme.

I go back and forth on the coordinators.

Leftwich-played QB on the NFL level.  Has been a part of two Super Bowl winning teams (Steelers and Bucs).  Exposure to two Super Bowl winning coaches (Tomlin and Arians).  Believes in attacking downfield.  I don't think he would be accepted here.

Brian Daboll-his seeming disregard for the running game is a concern, but I love the way he has developed Josh Allen.  Made him more accurate (which seems to be an issue with TL) and gave him much more surrounding talent (which is an issue with the Jaguars).

Kellen Moore-really like what he has done in Dallas.  Another former QB...helped develop Dak Prescott

Eric Bienemy-Been around the league a long time as a former player and assistant coach.  Versed in many systems, including Andry Reid's WCO.  As the first non QB, can he develop TL?  His coordinators will be of utmost importance.

If we are talking about current head coaches under contract elsewhere....

Sean Payton-Has succeeded at the highest level,  Won a Super Bowl as a head coach and developed Brees.  Coached under Bill Parcells.

Mike Zimmer-Very good coach.  Defensive guy.  Coordinator choice would be important.  Currently has gary Kubiak, who would be a good choice to help develop TL-assuming his health holds up.
