I still want an offensive HC because if the OC leaves, the HC can still maintain offensive continuity. I think my top choice at the moment is Caldwell followed by Byron. Don’t be upset that some of us agree on certain aspects of how to build a team. Upper and I tend to agree on some things but disagree on others. If Upper said he wanted Gus, that’s where we would disagree.

Which opinion did you change after a whole year?

Last year at this time, I really wanted Joe Brady to be the HC. Mainly for the same reasons I kinda want Leftwich. A young up and coming OC who can help Trevor reach his full potential.

However this year, the team can’t really gamble which is why Caldwell is my #1 choice. They need stability and just overall good juju. Caldwell brings that.

I still think Joe Brady will be a good HC one day but this team can’t gamble this year.
