Sure.

But in a vacuum, the thought of Pederson coaching this team is really exciting.  I was pushing for him since last year.

Pederson also was the one who hired Reich so it seems he can choose good assistant coaches too.

I’m fine with Pederson.

Considering how every single position on our team either took a step back or, at minimum, did not make any forward progress, that particular skill set (picking good assistant coaches) cannot be over valued.

I'm reminded of the old board debates involving TMD about whether coaching or players are most impoortant.

Both are critical to success or failure of a team.

Sadly, we are experiencing the worst end of that spectrum.
