Yep, I agree completely. That's the same reason I have for being concerned about Moore and all the rest of the OCs / DCs. As messed up as the Jaguars' situation is, I think we really need someone with the exoerience to come in and build things the right way.

it's why I'm so perplexed by the whole "we let the coach decide whether Baalke stays or not". Other than Leftwich, I haven't heard any candidate name or associate themselves with any particular GM, and our approach is going to lead to one of two miserable solutions:
1) Baalke stays and we settle on a middling coach that can tolerate him
2) We hire a coach, then fire Baalke, and have to play catchup trying to find a GM that has not only failed to land a job but also willing to work with the coach

It's like we learned nothing from last year.

Apparently BoB’s interview was today and he did not do well. They were not impressed.

Apparently Leftwich and Pederson are still front runners but they still want to interview Quinn and Hackett.

Leftwich to me is best case scenario as he outright said he would bring in a new GM
