Tying in with parts of the recent discussion,, the Offensive side of the ball background that Byron Leftwich has with Bruce Arians could prove to be highly beneficial in unexpected situations, if Leftwich becomes the Jaguars HC. Bruce Arians did a masterful job as Colts Interim HC in 2012, filling in for Chuck Pagano, when he was being treated for cancer. As talented as Andrew Luck was, he was a rookie in 2012. Arians got more out of the Colts than anyone in their organization could have realistically hoped for.
