No, there has been a concerted effort to sell all of us on Byron.  Anyone not falling in line gets twacked with comments like:
"he is smarter than you"
"You must have a personal issue or that sounds personal"
"He has been recommended by Arians"  (The only person to hire him in the NFL)
"Brady likes working with him"  (even though he overrides more than a few calls)
"You just don't like how he dresses" (A coach can dress how he wants. I am judging on performance.)

First all posts here on this subject are opinions. I prefer to think what traits should our new coach have. Mine is we need someone with prior experience, not a first time head coach. The coach has done it before and has a prior system not creating one for the first time.  We have taken plenty of chances in the last 10 years and where we are is the sum total of those chances taken.  We need a mature stable head coach players will play for with minimal griping. There will always be griping as long as the game keeps it's emotional side. This head coach should have his OWN vision of how the team should function. He should be able to arrive at the interview and explain the structure he feels we need to begin and what might change in the following years. He should have tentative commitments from other coaches to come work with him. If I were Kahn I almost would see this Head Coach as a bridge to put out this dumpster fire.
