I'm with you.  I've warmed a little bit based on watching him in interviews and I'll support him if hired, but I wouldn't be shocked either if we're coach shopping again in 2 to 3 years if it's him.  He may be able to coach offense, but can he effectively help develop a QB and can he run an organization?  I don't believe there's a track record for either and I think those two things are more important for the head guy to be able to do than just be able to coach offense.  We'll see.

My biggest fear is with the situation we are in we will be setting ANY first year coach up to fail. That after all of their hard work to get where they are is just not right.
A new broom always sweeps clean.
