How much more do you need out of Bevell? He was the offensive coordinator all year. It took until the final week of the regular season for this offense to look somewhat "complete" in all four quarters. 

He was ran out of Seattle for suspect play calling. I don't think you need to go any further than that. He's not a head coach at the NFL level. It's fine. That's why the NFL is filled with really, really good coordinators.

Mind you that he was so bad at play calling that they took it from him after one week of him being the interm head coach here.
