Thanks Tom, but I think Bev has a little tougher skin than you are giving him credit. As far as Baalke, they had to forge some kind if relationship thus far, whether that be filling out a roster due to the covid outbreak before the Patriots game or getting management's input during the Meyer meltdown.
As far as Trevor's tutelage, wow, I don't think he could be in better hands. Just an aside: In every stop he's been at before Duval, Bev has been on the sideline during games. You could always find him sitting next to the QB, whether that be Wilson or Stafford, going over plays on the Surface laptop while that team was on defense. It was a constant learning process. This year, Urban forced him up to the booth, limiting all of those potential learning opportunities.
