If it was a long-term thing (and all signs are it's not), we would put him on the non-football/illness list. No player is eligible for PUP now anyway unless he already is on it.

Yes, suspensions do transfer when players sign with another team.

He cant go on PUP, you have to put him on it before you set the final roster, but they need to see how long he will be out first, we have other bodies we can cut right now and add a RB, guys like Benn who isnt gonna play is one of them
