My Top 5-10 players at each offensive position

I know you don't like Evan Neal, but hypothetically (assuming no trades), at which of the Jaguars draft spots would you take him? I'm assuming you would pass at #33. If he hypothetically was available at #65 or #70, would you take him?
Also, you say there is a big drop-off in wide receiver after the top 10. However, I've also seen you say in another thread that if the Jaguars don't get one of the top five, they should wait until day 3 to draft one. Why? If there's a big drop-off, wouldn't it make sense to get one of the top 10 wide receivers in rounds 2 or 3? |
