Some people will say Hopkins is a huge cheater, that this tarnishes his career.

Agree. Also, look at how he plays. You could call offense PI on him 80% of the time, and you would be making the correct call every time. He gets away with murder.

Makes you wonder what his true motive is.  Money, a platform on the big stage, a shampoo endorsement...........?
When you get into the endzone, act like you've been there before.

funny, I thought he was gonna start working with the Wolverines.
Gonna call it now, dude is getting in shape for XFL. Watch them throw a fortune his way, either in contract monies or a share in the league. A big splash hire like that might be enough to get eyes on spring ball.

Back up for raiders if everything goes perfect. Then, he might get in if car gets hurt at some point. On the other hand, hes kind of a longer shot.

Vikings 2020 1st rounder Jeff Gladney killed in a car wreck. He was 25. Terrible.

He doesn't want to play in the NFL, if he did he would be playing in one the leagues the past few springs.

He needed to get his name back in the news and the NFL needed some proof for their case. The NFL can say he isn't good enough and he gets to say the NFL is keeping me out of the league.

He doesn't want a contract because the money dries up from his shtick if he gets cut or rides the bench. The last thing he wants is to be playing in the preseason and looking terrible. As long as he doesn't step on a field, he can claim whatever he wants.

If he was good, he would have played in a spring league and shown the NFL he could play. He will make more though by not playing as he isn't good enough for a starting job.
