The insurrection was at the Capitol, not the ellipse.   I've seen multiple first person videos of people walking from the ellipse to the Capitol after the speeches were over.  There were men on the Capitol lawn telling the people coming from the speech to turn around if you're not ready to get violent.
I don't think it was a "setup" because Trump wanted the violent oathkeepers and proud boys there just as much as he wanted you there. Trump knew what he was trying to do, even if you didnt.


Our form of government says that 50 states turn in electoral votes and Congress counts them.
The insurrectionists wanted to create a new form of government where a violent crowd gets to tell Congress to ignore what the states sent in and declare the crowd's man the winner.

I was originally wondering how you could possess such specific knowledge of Trump's private thoughts and intentions.  I thought perhaps he sent you an email, then I remembered he's living in your head.  Is it just a rental?  It sounds like he owns the place.

So, the "new form of government" would still have a Congress and states?  Not exactly the "Dictator's Guide To Insurrection, How To Overthrow The Government In 5 Easy Steps" .  You're digging yourself into a deeper hole with every post.

Look up the term "window dressing."
Just because there is still a Congress and still states doesn't mean you're not in a dictatorship. There's still a Congress and still provinces in Russia, for instance.  Napoleon III never stopped Congress from meeting in France. Yet neither Congress ever goes against their executive. And this is what that mob was trying to create. They didn't want to eliminate Congress as an institution, they wanted to intimidate it into compliance.
There is so much you clearly don't know or understand from history.  
If you perceive that you are somewhere up high compared to me, it is not because you are standing on any facts, that's for sure.  You are only standing on your own pride, and you only read my posts starting from the assumption that I'm wrong and you're right, so you're looking for something to nitpick so you can say the whole thing is wrong, and then you're done.  You have nothing to learn.  It's sad.  Read this, and try to block put your assumptions. Read about how Russia works today.  Read about the second French empire.  I'm not a teacher.  Teach yourself and come back when your level of knowledge is comparable to mine.
