I would agree. Anything less than 8-8 won't keep Gus his job. Even that probably wont be enough.

There it is.

So say we all.

Very winnable division.

Winning season is expected. I certainly expect it.

Khan has stated the expectation.

Caldwell has echoed the expectation.

The fans have certainly expressed the desire to win.

The team has had the time to stock the team with talent, and with the exception of the 2013 draft, appears to have well stocked the team.

Many of us on the board have debated with each other over whether Bradley has been given a sufficient chance to win.  Both sides have had legitimate arguments pro and con.

At this point, Bradley is certainly in the fish or cut bait zone.

That's what I took away, too.  He certainly didn't mince words:

<p style="margin-left:40px;">“Not any more than the previous three years,” Caldwell said, via the Florida Times-Union. “Our pressure comes from within. … We’ve been doing this for four years, and to have a winning record is probably a reasonable expectation. I think [Khan] will make a decision at the end of 16 games and say it’s the direction he likes or doesn’t.”

This has been the current line of thinking since the off season started. Nothing has changed since.

The pressure is finally on.

0-8, 1-7, 2-6 at the halfway point in Gus first 3 seasons.

Dear God that is about as ugly as it gets.

I survived the Gus Bradley Error.

Well, WADR, no one was interested in my, your, or anyone else's off season opinion - which have zero bearing on how the organization actually feels.

Dave's goes well beyond all those put together, and this is the first time we've know what, exactly, his opinion was.

I was referring to Khan's statement at the start of the off season.

If we make the playoffs and win the division, does Bradley get extended?

8 wins and Gus keeps his job in 2017.  9 wins and he gets a contract extension.

By 2021 we'll be 8-0 at the halfway point.

The nine year plan is right on track!

A win is a win no matter how the team gets it. Are you referring to last year's game in Baltimore?

Are you saying we are gonna lose the next 2 after the half way point?

I hope not.  He is the weakest link.
