I don't get into much draft scouting so I was weary when we took him to say the least. But so far I've been extremely impressed, possibly the first jaguars rookie that I've seen that looked like an elite talent right out of the gate. Props to Trent Balke and the rest for this one.

I'm not surprised. I don't think we could have missed with either him or Hutch. Walker probably fits better schematically.

He had one play that looked much better than it was in his first preseason game, tackle whiffed on him and he got a tfl. Again, its been overblown by the media and it did look impressive until you see the closeup.

Personally, I favored Hutchinson, who is also having a really good preseason, but definitely hope Travon exceeds Hutch's performance. Hope they both excel, as I'd like to see the Lions become competitive in the NFC North. As long as they are starting Goff, I highly doubt they will challenge the Pack or Vikings

I wanted Hutch because I didn't believe in Travons floor out the gate. He had the higher ceiling but I didn't want a project. The fact that both are performing well gives me a plus 1 for TWalk. He has more athleticism etc with a higher ceiling. My crow is doubting Walker. We took the better player imo.
