Supreme Court Makes Decision on Dominion Voting Systems Case

The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to hear a case alleging that Facebook and Dominion Voting Systems had an illegal and undue influence on the 2020 elections.

The court rejected the appeal from eight Americans without comment.

Since the complaints are against Dominion voting machines in various states, i'm assuming this is the SC's way of kicking it back to the local State Supreme Courts.

Basically yes.

They are still hearing the case about the State Legislation having the control over elections and that stops the dems from doing their mail in workaround cheating they did without laws being passed.

There is also the case from some normal brothers that actually got docketed for January. They haven't taken the case yet but will discuss it and decide to hear it or not. It's got close to 400 elected officials named in it and would remove them from office and forbid them from ever holding office again. It's a weird case for some nobodies to actually get to the SC and not have it thrown out immediately.

That case would open everything up but doubt anything happens as it's a huge impact and they won't want to change things even if they know the case law is correct.

That would make sense. No reason for SCOTUS to make any decision on what should be one at the state level.
