How much less and for which offenses is up for grabs, but it would be judges, police chiefs, and others all having an intelligent discussion about it. This wasn't that. This was rich celebrities who know nothing about crime paying bail amounts that the people who make their living dealing with criminals already set. Of course they made poor choices along the way.
