Did Trump have a right to submit false sworn statements to the courts regarding his retention of those materials?

Trump said "I don't have those documents" not "I have a right to those documents" and not "it's none of your business if I have them or not."

This isn't about Trump you [BLEEP] moron. Stop deflecting from what is happening RIGHT NOW and that is a former VP who had no rights to those documents took them anywayand has had them for 6 years stashed in his garage and his think tank organization that is known to have ties to China.
