Coughlin is a little too old, and plus, he works for the NFL now. Don't remember the job title.

Great coach but I agree he's past his prime.  Never thought a coach could get too old but we've  seen many great ones lose the edge when they got older.

Yes. He would be an upgrade and age is just a number. Both Belichick and Carroll are old and still the best 2 coaches in NFL. Anything but sprinkles is an upgrade and Bortles like old school coaches like George OLeary
