I wanted an upgrade but I also wasn't one that got upset we retained him.  I knew we could do much worse and we have with most or all of the GMs before him.  With that said, Byron wasn't a fan that just watched what the worst coach in NFL history destroy the team the team we had that wanted a fresh start.  He was a OC that was trying to become a first time head coach and trying to call shots an owner makes, trying to bring in his own boss.
